Financial products needed for Indian Middle Class

I am looking to buy the following financial products which are simply not available in user-friendly form in India.

I want to bet on Brazil's economy in a transparent fashion. Taking the benefit of their appreciating currency and high interest rate regime

1. Brazil seems to believe in letting their currency appreciate against the USD(Works both ways though). I am looking for some data to validate this assumption.
2. Brazil is relatively immune to Oil induced inflationary pressures as opposed to India though there might be other factors at work. It took several decades to win the Brazil's war against inflation.
3. A muddled policy response and short term thinking of Indian political class in dealing with un-folding economic crises in India.
4. I believe Indian government does allow Indian citizens to move some 100K USD equivalent amount every year outside the country for non-speculative investment purposes(confirmation needed). Now the big corporations and banks have it a lot easier moving the money around with the de-facto convertibility in place. Has it not yet started making sense for not so high net-worth individuals like yours truly to move money around to 'safe havens' based on un-folding events.

I would like nothing better than middle class in India being able to vote with their feet to escape the tyrannical financial regime in India when the politics distorts the market economy. I have no wish to pay for the inflating oil bill when I don't even own a car.

I want to invest online in index funds tracking BSE sensex, Nifty and other indices without paying any entry load

Currently online investment into index funds through online brokerage/trading sites involves paying an atrocious 2.25% entry load. Though many index funds in India have very high tracking error and suffer from high Fees and Expenses likely due to their small size.
An efficient investment strategy for investing into index funds can be to buy on large dips over a period of time.

Note: None of the above constitutes financial advice to anyone else but to myself.
